India vs england 2nd Test Highlights: The Indian cricket team defeated England by a huge margin in the second Test match played at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham. Earlier on the fourth day, the Indian team had declared the second innings by scoring 427 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. In which captain Shubman Gill scored 161 runs, Ravindra Jadeja scored an unbeaten 69, Rishabh Pant scored 65 runs and KL Rahul scored 55 runs.

The Indian team scored 587 runs after getting the first batting in this match. In which Gill played a record -breaking innings of 269 runs. Apart from this, Ravindra Jadeja scored 89 runs with the bat and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 87 runs.

In response to which England could score 407 runs and India got a huge lead of 180 runs. In which Jamie Smith had an unbeaten 184 runs and Harry Brook’s 158 -run innings.

In the first innings for India, Mohammad Siraj took 6 wickets and Akash Deep took 4 wickets.
