New Delhi: The main event of Independence Day will be held on August 15 in Delhi. Traffic advisory has been issued in Delhi-NCR regarding this. Advisory for drivers has been issued by Delhi Traffic Police and Noida Traffic Police. It has been told that many roads will be closed in many places from Thursday night. Whereas in some places diversion will be applicable from 6 am on Friday.
Delhi Traffic Police has issued traffic counseling regarding the Independence Day celebrations to be held at Chhatrasal Stadium on Friday, August 15, 2025. The Chief Minister of Delhi will hoist the national flag during this ceremony. Due to the possibility of a large number of people coming, traffic will be affected in the surrounding areas from 6:00 am.

- Kingsway camp chowk
- U-turn at Bhama Shah Chowk
- Model Town-II, Model Town-III, H-Point
- Nanak Piau Gurudwara
- Stadium Road, GTK Road T-Point

- Mall Road (Ring Road adjacent to Chhatrasal Stadium)
- Stadium road
- Brahma Kumari Marg
- Bhama Shah Road
- Old GT Karnal Road
