Trade between India and Russia based on mutual interests

India’s Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar said, “We have clearly stated that our aim is the energy security of 1.4 billion people of India and like many other countries, Russia has helped to bring stability to the global oil market with India’s cooperation.” Kumar said that trade between India and Russia is based on mutual interests, market factors. ‘America and Europe are also doing business’

S Jaishankar said a big thing

Earlier, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar responded to a question on India’s American criticism on the issue of crude oil, saying, “It is ridiculous that those who work for a business-supportive American administration are accusing others of doing business.” He had said, “It’s really strange. If you have a problem in buying oil or refined products from India, do not buy it. No one forces you to buy it. But, Europe buys, buys America, so if you don’t like it, don’t buy it.” (Language)
