India wants peace, Pakistan does not allow this to happen: Tharoor
Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, who arrived on a tour of Panama, said that India wants to live peacefully alone, but Pakistan does not allow it to happen. He made it clear that India did not want war, but cannot be left without punishing terrorists.
According to news agency ANI, Tharoor said that Pakistan is continuously promoting terrorist attacks against India. India started Operation Sindoor because Pakistan did not take any action against the criminals of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
Panama supports India against terrorism
An all -party delegation led by Tharoor has arrived on a visit to Panama. It also has MPs of BJP, Congress and other parties. The purpose of this journey is to convey the message of India’s solidarity and strict attitude against India’s terrorism.
After this meeting, Panama has announced India’s support. Panama’s assembly president Dana Castaneda has said that Panama wants to stand with India in this campaign of peace, and we hope that we can defeat terrorism.
In a meeting with Castineda, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said that we all come from different political backgrounds and different parts of India but we are united in national objectives.
Tharoor said- no more terrorist attacks will not tolerate
Tharoor said that India has suffered continuous terrorist attacks since 1989 and this situation cannot be tolerated anymore. He appealed to the international community to identify criminals and take action on them.
He also said that in this operation, India attacked nine terrorist bases within Pakistan. It was not limited to the Line of Control (LOC) only, but India also crossed the international border.
Tharoor said that earlier India had targeted terrorist bases within Pakistan after the Uri attack in 2016 and after the Pulwama attack in 2019, but this time the attack was done even more inside.
Giving a clear warning to the terrorists, Tharoor said that now every attack will have to pay the price and India will not show any kind of softness in this direction.
Warning was given to terrorists in Guyana too
Tharoor’s team visited Guyana before Panama, where they attended Guyana’s Independence Day celebrations on 26 May and discussed issues like terrorism with the Prime Minister and ministers there.
Tharoor also warned Pakistan from Guyana. He had said that India’s intention was only to retaliate. India did not want a long battle with Pakistan, but if Pakistan dictates to attack again, then our answer will be more aggressive than before.
