Describing this big opportunity (10 lakh houses) as $ 500 billion, Goyal said that he has approached the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to help on the financial front, an important investor in the Indian real estate. During a meeting with a business delegation led by UAE Commerce Minister Thani bin Ahmed Al Jayodi, Goyal said that he has also proposed a partnership before the UAE.
