India will tomorrow to do air exercises near Pakistan border amidst the possibility of war

New Delhi: After the Pahalgam terror attack, the tension between India and Pakistan has increased a lot. Amid the possibility of war, the Indian Air Force will practice massive air strikes on the southern part of the Indo-Pak border. This air exercise will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.

According to the information, India has issued a notice (NOTAM) to Airmen for large-scale aerial exercises to be held on 7 and 8 May on the southern part of the India-Pakistan border. This exercise is part of India’s regular exercise, in which the Indian Air Force (IAF) will conduct exercises on the international border in Rajasthan. According to NOTAM, this aerial maneuvers will begin on May 7 at 9:30 pm and will continue till 3:00 am on May 8. This will ban any ship and drone flying in the affected areas.
Many fighter aircraft like Rafael, Sukhoi and Miraj will do maneuvers
An Indian Air Force official said that the Air Force will continue to exercise in the desert region and surrounding areas along the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan from May 7 which will include all the leading fighter jets including Rafael, Mirage 2000 and Sukhoi-30. The time and place of maneuvers are important, as tension has increased in the region recently after cross -border events.
India’s airspace closed for Pakistan
Recently, India temporarily shut down its airspace for all Pakistan aircraft amid growing tension. The ban will be effective till 23 May 2025. Similarly, Pakistan has declared a temporary no-fly zone over Islamabad and Lahore. He is afraid of India’s possible air strike.
Stress increased on the Line of Control
The position along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir remains tense, India has initiated retaliation against the ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops. Pakistan has been firing in areas like Naushera, Sundarbani and Baramullah for the last several days.
