A team of the Indian Army has left for Fort Venerright, Alaska, America to participate in the 21st edition of the Indo-US joint military exercise war exercise 2025 to be held from 1 to 14 September.
Training will be done with ‘Bobcats’ soldiers
The Indian team with personnel of a battalion of the Madras Regiment will train with soldiers of the first battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment ‘Bobcats’, the first battalion of the US Arctic Volvs Brigade Combat, the US 11th Airborne Division.
Rock craft and mountain war also included in maneuvers
For two weeks military heliborn operations, monitoring resources and unmanned aerial systems, rock crafts, mountain wars, removal of casualties, war medical assistance and artillery, aviation and integrated use of electronic war systems will be rehearsed.
Counter-uAS operation
