At present, Haseen is absconding, it is being raided to arrest both the accused. The accused were spying on the army station of Alwar. He was taking pictures of the movement of the army vehicles and notes the timing of the movement.

Mohammad Qasim, who was caught from Rajasthan’s Deeg, was also in Tihar Jail for 5 years in a case of Kidnapping. CCTV cameras have been found in Kasim’s house, resident of Gangaura village of Dig’s hill police station area. Qasim has a brother Haseen laborer. Apart from this, cousin is Afzal Maulana. Another cousin is also Ishtiaq. Ishtiaq lived with Qasim. The three brothers are absconding. Kasim’s cousin Afzal is making madrasa in the village, for which he was collecting funding.
Qasim’s brother is also an agent of ISI. However, it is not clear that Kasim’s elder brother Haseen or his uncle’s two boys are Maulana Afzal and Ishtiaq Pakistani agent. Maulana Afzal is making madrasa in Gangaura village. Afzal has advertised on social media, sought help to build a madrasa. Qasim lived Delhi 10 years ago with the family.
