Indian doctor announces assistance for the victims of Ahmedabad accident in UAE

An Air India plane crashed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 12 June. After flying from the airport, the aircraft collided with a hospital hostel. In this accident, a person in the plane survived, all the rest of the people died. At the same time, many doctors of the hospital living in the hostel premises also died and some were also injured. After this accident, an Indian doctor living in UAE has now announced a financial assistance of 6 crore for the affected doctors and their families of the hospital.

Announcement of assistance of 6 crores

In fact, Indian doctor Dr. Shamsheer Viilil, who is living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has announced a financial assistance of Rs 6 crore for the families of medical students and doctors affected by the Air India aircraft accident in Ahmedabad last week. Earlier, he had given financial assistance to the affected families after the Mangaluru plane crash in 2010. Apart from this, Dr. Shamsheer Vaielil provided employment opportunities in the Health Service Provider Burjil Holdings.

Stunned after the accident

Dr. Shamsheer Vaielil has announced relief assistance from Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Shamsheer, founder and president of Burjil Holdings and Managing Director of VPS Health, said that he was shocked to see the situation after the accident. The relief package of Dr. Shamsir includes Rs 1 crore each for the families of 4 deceased students, Rs 20 lakh for 5 seriously injured students and Rs 20 lakh for the families of doctors who lost their loved ones. This financial assistance will be provided in coordination with Junior Doctors Association at Bi J Medical College.

Aircraft collided with hospital hostel

Let us know that this aircraft, going from Ahmedabad to London, crashed in the dostal campus of BJ Medical College. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel crashed Boeing 787-8 after taking flying from International Airport. In the accident, only one of the 242 people aboard in Udaan AI 171 was survived. Apart from this, 29 others including five MBBS students were also killed at the accident site due to its grip. (Input-PTI)
