Terrorist Tahawwur Rana is interrogating NIA
The NIA is interrogating NIA, the mastermind of the Mumbai terror attack. The NIA on Saturday collected samples of the voice and handwriting (handwriting) of the Mumbai terror attack in a Delhi court. Rana was brought before Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Vaibhav Kumar under tight security. The NIA took samples of his handwriting in the court proceedings in a closed room.
Follow the court order
The source said that Rana wrote various characters and digits. His legal assistant lawyer Piyush Sachdev, who represented Rana, said on behalf of his client that he has recently followed the order given by the court, in which he was instructed to present his voice and handwriting samples’.
12 days extended judicial custody
Recently, the court had asked the NIA to take samples of Rana’s voice and handwriting. Special NIA Judge Chandrajit Singh passed the order on 30 April on the application of NIA. Rana’s custody was extended by Judge Singh on 28 April for 12 days.
US Supreme Court dismissed a petition
Tahwwur Rana, close to David Coleman Headley alias Dawood Gilani, the main conspirator of the 26/11 attack in Mumbai, has been brought to India. He is an American citizen and the US Supreme Court rejected his review petition against his extradition on April 4.
166 people lost their lives in Mumbai terror attack
