Tehran, 20 October (HIST). An incident of indiscriminate firing by Iran’s border guards has come to light on the border of Afghanistan. More than 250 Afghan civilians are reported to have been killed in this firing. Iran Human Rights Organization (Halvash) has claimed this.

Iran Human Rights Organization (Halvash) says that all those who died in the firing incident on Sunday night were Afghan refugees. Firing was done on them only because they were trying to enter the border of Iran. Halwash has made this claim on the basis of the testimony of eyewitnesses present at the time of firing.

The human rights organization has also shared a video on social media showing the dead bodies of the victims, in which it has been told that these refugees were in the border area of ​​Kalgan Sarwan when they were fired upon. There were more than 300 people in this group of refugees but after the incident only 50 people are left.
