IRCTC Ramayana Yatra Package 2025
If there is a plan to go somewhere in the rain, IRCTC is offering you a great offer. The ‘Sri Ramayana Yatra’ is going to start by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. This will be the fifth time when IRCTC has taken out the ‘Sri Ramayana Yatra’ package for the devotees. This train tour will be of 17 days in which you will be rotated at 30 tourist places. The Sri Ramayana Yatra will start from July 25, 2025. The yatra will start from Ayodhya and bring back to Delhi via Nandigram, Sitamarhi, Janakpur, Buxar, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Nashik, Hampi and finally via Rameswaram Island in South India.
IRCTC officials said that religious and cultural tourism has received a huge boost since the inauguration of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya. People want to roam in these places associated with Ram in large numbers. This is the 5th Ramayana Tour.

The tour has been priced at Rs 1,17,975 per person for 3 AC, Rs 1,40,120 per person for 2 AC and Rs 1,66,380 for 1 AC class cabin and Rs 1,79,515 for 1 AC follicle. For passengers, there will be a stay in 3 Star Hotel, all types of vegetarian food, going to the darshan site and travel insurance facilities.
Where will the journey start from
The yatra will begin on 25 July from Delhi Safdarjung railway station. Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC tourist train equipped with modern facilities will be operated in the train. The train will provide several facilities including 2 restaurants, 1 modern kitchen, shower cubical in coaches, sensor based washroom function, foot massage. Each coach has CTV -camera and guard facilities.

The first stop of the yatra will be Ayodhya Ram Temple, where tourists will visit Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi and Ram’s Paidi. This is followed by the Bharat Temple in Nandigram. The next destination is Sitamarhi in Bihar where tourists will visit Sita’s birthplace and Ram Janaki temple in Janakpur. Will go by road here. After Sitamarhi, the train proceeds to Buxar where Ramrekha Ghat and Rameshwarnath reach the temple. The next stop is Varanasi, here Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Corridor, Tulsi Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and Ganga Aarti are performed.
After this, through the road, Prayag, Shringverpur and Chitrakoot will be taken, where arrangements will also be made to stay at night. The train from Chitrakoot will cover Trimbakeshwar Temple and Panchwati region at the next stop in Nashik, Maharashtra. Hampi, which is considered an ancient city of Krinkindha, will be the next stoppage. Here Anjaneya Hill, which is considered to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman, will be covered with other heritage sites like Vitthal and Virupaksha Temple. The next city will be Rameswaram in this train journey. Ramanathaswamy is part of the temple and Dhanushkodi Yatra. The train returns to Delhi on the 17th day of its journey.
