How to make onion kachori?
To make onion kachori, you have two cups of flour, oil, salt, water, 3 finely chopped medium size onion, a small spoon fennel, a small spoon coriander powder, half small spoon mango powder, half small spoon red chilli powder, a-fourth small spoon turmeric, two finely chopped green chilli, a small spoonful, a small spoon, a small spoon, two big spoonful Finely chopped green coriander will be required. If you want to make onion kachori for four people, then so much material will be enough.
First step- First of all, remove flour, salt and oil in a parat and mix them well. Now knead the dough while adding some water.
Second step- Leave the dough to set. After this, put two big spoon oil in a pan and heat it.
Third step- Now you have to fry fennel, ginger, green chillies and onions in this pan till they turn golden brown. After this, add gram flour in the pan and fry it on low flame for about 2 minutes.
Fourth step- Now you have to mix coriander powder, turmeric, red chili, mango and salt in the pan and mix. Finally, add green coriander in this mixture and leave it to cool down.
Fifth step- Now you have to make flour balls and then fill onion stuffing between them. After filling the stuffing, close the dough and roll it a little with light hands.
Sixth step- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris on low flame till it becomes golden and crisp. Now you can serve hot kachoris with green chutney or tea.
