‘Is there any son in the world who spies the father?’ This leader accused
S Ramdas
Villupuram: Pattali Makkal Kachi (PMK) founder leader S.K. Ramdas on Saturday alleged that his son Anbumani spied him. Ramdas was talking to media persons at his residence in the backdrop of a dispute with his son. He raised the question and said, “Is there any son in this world who spies his father?” Yes, I have been spy. “Asked if it would be right to allege that the police had installed the espionage equipment, while the police investigation is still going on, Ramdas said,” And who can put it (spy equipment)? ”
Son put spy equipment at home
He alleged that his son Anbumani had planted espionage equipment at his house. Ramdas said that he has also lodged a complaint with Killianur Police (Villupuram District) and Cyber Crime Branch. The detective equipment and its priests have been handed over to the police. In addition, he also sought services of a special private agency, which is investigating the matter. After the investigation is completed, the agency will submit their report to them. He said, “Private agency services are only to help the police.”
Referred to PM Modi’s speech
The top leader of the PMK said that the son should not go beyond his father and in this regard, he cited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech in Gangaakonda Cholpuram recently. On July 27, Modi had said that Emperor Rajendra Chola had built Gopuram of Gangaakonda Cholpuram temple due to deep respect for his father Rajaraja Chola, small from his father’s Gopuram of his father’s Brihadeshwar temple at Tanjavur. The Prime Minister had said that despite his achievements, Rajendra Chola was a symbol of humility.
In April, Ramdas removed his son Anbumani from the post of party president and appointed him as the executive chairman. Ramdas had said that he himself would be the president of the party. Differences over party operations between father and son were publicly revealed in December 2024. (input language)
