Jerusalem: Israel said on Thursday that it would settle 22 new Jewish settlements in the West Bank occupied. These will include settling new settlements and legalizing already built settlements without government permission. Israeli captured Gaza, Eastern Jerusalem and West Bank in the West Asia War of 1967 and Palestinians want these three areas to be included in their future nations. Most countries consider settlements to be an obstacle in solving illegal and decades -old struggle.
Israel’s grip will be stronger
Defense Minister Israel Catz said that our grip will be strengthened by settling settlements. He said, “This decision will strengthen our historical rights on the land of Israel and Palestinian terrorism will be crushed.” He said that this is “a strategic step that will prevent the establishment of the Palestinian nation that pose a threat to Israel.” Israel has already settled more than 100 settlements in the region, of which about five lakh people are living.

Meanwhile, let me tell you here that Mohammad Sinwar, who conducted Hamas’s activities in Gaza, has been killed by the Israeli army. This has been confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Wednesday that Hamas’s Gaza chief Mohammad Sinwar was killed by the Israeli army. Mohammad Sinwar was the brother of former Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, who was killed by the Israeli Defense Force in October 2024.
