Engineering student committed suicide in the hostel of CET College in Kodagu district of Karnataka. According to the information, Tejaswini (19), a first year student of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) at Haligattu CET College, Ponampet, committed suicide in his hostel room on Wednesday.

Birthday celebrated three days ago

Engineering student Tejaswini was the only daughter of Mahantappa, resident of Raichur. According to sources, he had recently celebrated his birthday with his friends three days ago and on Wednesday, he was again distributed sweets to those who could not attend the earlier celebrations. She returned to the hostel at around 4 pm after taking class. Around 4:30, one of his classmates noticed that his door was locked from inside. Despite repeated calls, no response was received.

The matter was immediately reported to the supervisor of the hostel. Tejaswini was found unconscious on opening the door. The student had died on the spot. After this, the family members of the student were informed about the case.

Suicide note will be forced to think

A suicide note has allegedly found from Tejaswini’s room. The student has written that she is taking this step due to pressure from studies. The student mentions six backlogs and reluctance to continue studies in the suicide note. Tejaswini wrote in the suicide note that she was very stressed due to six backlogs. She does not want to continue studies anymore. Because of this she is doing suicide.

Family members cry and bad

After the information of the case, Ponampet police reached the spot. Police has sent the body for postmortem. The death of the daughter has mourned in the family and the family is in a bad state.

Earlier in Mysore, Karnataka, a couple and their younger daughter allegedly committed suicide on Saturday. Police identified the deceased as 55 -year -old Mahadev Swamy, resident of Budanur village of HD Kota taluk, his wife 45 -year -old Manjula and 20 -year -old Harshita. At the same time, in March, an elderly couple of a village in Belagavi district committed suicide after losing around Rs 50 lakh in cyber fraud.
