Khalistani is using Canada’s land against India, intelligence agency CSI
Canadian PM Mark Carney with PM Modi
India has won a major diplomatic victory against Canada. For the first time, Canada has admitted that Khalistani factions are using the Canadian land to spread violence and terrorism in India. Canada’s intelligence agency Canada Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) has officially accepted it. The report of this agency states about certain threats and concerns for Canada’s national security.
What was said in CSIS report?
The CSIS report clearly states that since the 1980s, the Khalistani militants in Canada have been carrying out violent activities to create a separate Khalistan nation in Punjab, India. These militants are making Canada a base for their activities, from where they work to promote violence, raise funds and plan attacks. The activities of Khalistanis remain a threat to Canada’s national security and India’s interests. India has to keep an eye on these Khalistanis active in Canada for its safety.
Use of insurgency for Khalistani groups
The special feature of this report is that Canada has officially used the term insurgency for the first time to Khalistani groups. Earlier, the Canadian government used to take this issue very lightly. But now it has become clear from the clear confession of Canada’s intelligence agendi that Khalistani militants are not only a threat to India, but can also be a matter of concern for Canada’s own safety.
What was the former PM TDO alleged?
Let us know that earlier in the year 2023, the then PM of Canada had claimed that his government had evidence of India’s involvement in the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. India had denied the allegations of Trude, calling it absurd and also accused Canada that it was giving place to anti -India elements.
