Khalistanis attacked a woman journalist in Vancouver, Canada, the victim told- “I am still trembling”

Vancouver, (Canada): Canadian investigative journalist Mocha Bezirgan has been attacked by Khalistanis. This has caused the female journalist scared badly. This is another latest example of the Canadian police administration supporting the Khalistanis that Canadian kept looking at the Khalistanis attack on her own female journalist and allowed her to be surrounded by terrorists. Bezirgan has made serious allegations of attacking and assault by Khalistani supporters in Vancouver. The incident occurred when she was reporting a Khalistani rally.

“I’m still trembling”

Bezirgan said that the incident took place just two hours ago and is still in shock. He said, “One person came to me and started asking me questions. He was very close to my face. Suddenly 2-3 more people started surrounding me all around, so close that I felt that I could not go anywhere now. I felt that some physical attacks were going to happen, so I started recording quietly with my main camera. Also I started making videos from my phone.”

Khalistani snatched a woman’s phone in front of Canada police

The victim said, “As soon as I started recording, most of them turned their faces, but a person kept coming towards me. Finally she snatched my phone from my hand, which stopped the recording. When I turned on the camera again, I saw that the police was talking to the person.” Bezirgan said that she has lodged a police complaint against this special person earlier, but no concrete action was taken against him. During this time, the police of Canada was also present at the time. But she became a silent spectator. The woman said that “it is very disappointing to see her (the attacker) roaming freely. I believe that she should be sent back to the UK as she is not a Canadian citizen.”

“I was tried to scare”

The victim said, “I was surrounded by many Khalistanis, threatened and assaulted me. They were behaving like goons. The person who snatched my phone, he has been harassing me online for a long time and uses inhuman language for me.” Bezirgan reported that she is covering pro -Khalistan movements in Canada, UK, America and New Zealand through fair and independent journalism. “I was just recording what is happening there. But because I am editorfully independent, some people are angry with me. They want to affect me, want to buy me.” He further said, “This person continued behind me. From the rally to the train station, he kept chasing me. I went there for just reporting, but they tried to scare me, silence me.”

Attack in “martyrs” rally

Bezirgan said that the attack took place when the supporters of Khalistan were paying tribute to people like Indira Gandhi’s killers as ‘martyrs’ at a rally. The incident raises serious questions on the safety of journalists in Canada and the status of independent press. Mocha Bezirgan has said that she will soon upload more video footage of this entire incident on her channel. He has demanded strict action from the police and also appealed for the exile of the person concerned. (ANI)
