Kia India has released the data of car sales in the last month i.e. February 2024.
Once again Kia Sonet has become the best selling car of the company. However, during this period, Kia's sales saw a decline of 7% on an annual basis. Whereas Kia Sonet had sold 9,836 units of the car exactly a year ago in February 2023.
Kia Seltos was at second place in this list of car sales. Kia Seltos saw a YoY decline of 22% last month. Whereas exactly one year ago, Kia Seltos had sold a total of 8,012 units of the car.
Only 1 unit of this electric car was sold
In this list of car sales, Kia Carens was at number four. Let us tell you that Kia Carens sold a total of 4,832 units of cars last month. Whereas exactly a year ago in February 2023, Kia Carens had sold a total of 6,248 units of cars.
On the other hand, the electric car Kia EV6, which is at number five in this list of car sales, got only one customer. At the same time, Kia's premium MPV Carnival was not available for sale last month. Whereas in February 2023, a total of 504 units of Kia Carnival were sold.

For information, let us tell you that the company had launched the facelift version of Kia Sonet in the month of December last year. The starting ex-showroom price of Kia Sonet in the market is Rs 7.99 lakh which goes up to Rs 15.69 lakh in the top model.

The second engine is equipped with 1.2 liter naturally aspirated petrol which generates maximum power of 83bhp and peak torque of 115Nm.
Whereas the third option is given with 1.5 liter diesel engine which is capable of generating maximum power of 116bhp and peak torque of 250Nm.
