KL Rahul dripped on Jadeja’s ball, then made a complaint with him; Watch video
KL Rahul left an easy catch off Ravindra Jadeja, but surprised when he himself complained to Jadeja. But something else came out in the replay, the catch was definitely left, but the mistake came out of Jadeja.
In the Edgbaston Test on Sunday, July 6, India defeated England by 336 runs to register a stunning win. Shubman Gill, Akash Deep, Mohammad Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja contributed significantly to this victory. But a fun and shocking moment also saw between the matches when KL Rahul expressed resentment from Jadeja after leaving the catch.
It happened that in England’s second innings, Team India needed only two wickets to win. On the third ball of the 57th over, Jadeja bowled a turning ball outside the leg stump. The batsman was in the cars defense, but the ball went straight to the slip with the outer edge of his bat where KL Rahul was standing. The ball came to his left, but Rahul looked at him late and missed the catch. The whole Indian dugout was shocked, and Rahul also appeared angry. He immediately looked at Jadeja in an resentment, as if a mistake had been made to him.
But when the reply went on, the truth came out. Actually, Jadeja bowled the ball so soon that KL Rahul did not even get time to set the field. He was calling the leg side fielder inside at that time, and then Jadeja completed the run-up and bowled. During that time, Raunak Kapoor, who is commenting in the match, said in a funny way on this, “KL Rahul was setting the field and Jadeja quickly threw the ball. He is not just fast for the batsman, sometimes he is faster for his own fielder.”
