KL Rahul: The past few times have not been good for Team India batsman KL Rahul. He got injured during a match in IPL 16. This injury not only ruled him out of the IPL but also ruled him out of the final of the World Test Championship to be held in England next month. In fact, there was a serious injury to his right thigh due to which he had to stay away from the field. After this he got his surgery done successfully. Meanwhile, one of his little fans won his heart, which KL Rahul could not stop himself from praising.
Injury during the match against RCB
There was a lot of ruckus during the match between Lucknow Super Giants and RCB but another sad incident happened with it. In fact, KL Rahul, the captain of the Lucknow team, was seriously injured in that match. KL suffered an injury to his right thigh while stopping RCB skipper Faf Duplessis’ cover drive off Marcus Stoinis at the boundary line.
From the looks of it, it seemed that there was a sharp stretch in his hamstring. He immediately fell on the ground, moaning in pain. He was carried off the field by the physio and support staff. However, despite the injury, he came out to bat later, for which he was widely appreciated.
Little fan of KL Rahul
KL Rahul’s departure from cricket was a blow for Lucknow Super Giants as well as Team India. However, he got his surgery done on the previous day which was successful. During this, he was seen walking on the streets of foreign countries. It has to be seen how long he returns to the team after being fully fit.
Meanwhile, he has found a little fan who adores him a lot. Actually KL Rahul shared a video on his official Twitter handle. In this video there is a kid who chooses KL Rahul as his favorite among all the players on TV. Sharing this, Rahul wrote- “How cute. send me your address. I would be happy to give him my signed jersey.”
