1. Sheshnag: It is said about Sheshnag that the earth rests on their fun, they live in Hades. The paintings often depict the Hindu deity Lord Vishnu lying on Sheshnag. Actually, Sheshnag is the servant of Lord Vishnu. It is believed that Sheshnag has a thousand heads. They do not have any end, that is why they have also been called ‘Anant’. The remaining is called Anant, this Kashyapa Rishi’s wife was the most mighty and first Nagaraja among the sons of Kadru. Anantnag district of Kashmir was his stronghold.

Rishi Kashyap’s wife Kadru’s wife Kadru was the eldest and most mighty remaining serpent. The reason for his worldly disinterest was his mother, brother and his step -step, Vinata and Garuda, who had mutual malice. He left his tricked mother and brothers and considered penance to do penance on the Gandhamadan mountain. Brahma was pleased and gave him a boon and made him the king of Hades. Apart from this, he considered his greatest virtue to be the servant of Lord Vishnu. As soon as Sheshnag went under the earth, that is, his younger brother, Vasuki was rejected in his place as soon as he went to Jallok. Rama’s brother Lakshmana and Shri Krishna’s brother Balaram are the incarnations of Sheshnag.

2. Vasuki: Sheshnag’s brother Vasuki was a servant of Lord Shiva. The area of the second king Vasuki of the serpents was the area around the Mount Kailash. According to the Puranas, Vasuki Nag is considered to be extremely huge and long bodies. During the sea churning, the Dev and the demons made the Mandarachal mountain Mathni and Vasuki as Neti (rope). At the time of Tripuradah, he became the door of Shiva’s bow.

Vasuki knew the future that Nagakul would be destroyed in the coming time. In such a situation, he had married his sister to Jartaru to save the Nagavansh because he knew that his son could save the descendants of the serpent. The son of Jaratkaru, the son of Janmejaya, protected the snakes during the Nagayagya of Janmejaya.

3. Takshak: Takshak, son of Kadru, one of the eight major serpents, also resides in Hades. According to Western historians, there was a caste named Takshak whose ethnic symbol was a snake. He had a fierce war with King Parikshit. In which Parikshit was killed. Then his son Janmejaya fought with the taks and defeated him. However, the Puranakars declared the history of serpents as a myth.

Takshak stole King Parikshit on the basis of Shamik Muni’s curse. After that, Janmejaya, son of King Parikshit, performed the Nag Yagya to destroy the Nag caste. According to the research of Webdunia, Takshak’s secret was in Taxila. A snake named Takshak is found inside the sea, which is about 22 feet in length and goes at such a fast pace that it is difficult to capture it on camera. It is the most terrible snake.
