Processed foods such as chips, salty, pickle, sausage, instant noodles and packaged snacks contain too much salt. It is very important to remove them from the daily diet.

2. Processed and Fried Foods

Most junk food and processed items found in the market are extremely harmful for high BP patients. They contain high fat, trans fat and preservatives that narrow the arteries. This hinders blood flow and emphasizes the heart. Fried dishes like samosas, kachori, burgers, french fries, pizza can increase BP.

3. Sweet drinks

Sugar -rich beverages such as cold drinks, packed juices and energy drinks can also uncontrol. More Chinese increases insulin resistance in the body, which increases the risk of high blood pressure as well as diabetes. Therefore, it is prudent to avoid sweets, cakes, cookies, and market sweets.

4. Avoid red meat and high cholesterol foods

5. More caffeine

Excessive intake of caffeine-like caffeine things can suddenly increase blood pressure. Especially those who already have BP problems, should not take more than 1-2 cups of caffeine a day. Options such as herbal tea or lemonade can prove better.

6. Stop alcohol and smoking

Both alcohol and cigarette can make high BP more dangerous. They damage the walls of the blood vessels, causing additional pressure on the heart. If you want to keep blood pressure under control, it will be better for your health to leave these habits immediately.
