The President changed the Governor in many states.
The President of India has given Brigadier (Dr.) B.B. The resignation of D. Mishra (retired) has been accepted.
The President of India also appoints the following Governor/Lieutenant Governor:-
(i) Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh was appointed as the Governor of Haryana.
(ii) Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapati Raju was appointed as the Governor of Goa.
(iii) Shri Kavindra Gupta was appointed as the Lt. Governor of Ladakh.
