Sad news has come out about Bollywood actress Lara Dutta. Lara Dutta’s father, Indian Air Force retired wing commander L.K. Dutta died in Mumbai at the age of 84. The actress attended the funeral with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi. During the funeral, the whole family appeared in a warm condition. The reason behind his death has not yet been revealed. Lara’s father died in Mumbai. On social media, many videos of the actress are going viral with the final farewell of her father, in which she is seen crying.

Recently on May 12, Lara Dutta’s father Lalit Kumar Dutta celebrated his birthday and now his father said goodbye to this world exactly 20 days later. On Saturday, at 1 pm today, he was cremated at the Santa Cruz Hindu crematorium in Mumbai.

Actress Lara Dutta’s father L.K. Dutta was a respected wing commander in the Indian Air Force. He joined the National Defense Academy (NDA) at a young age and served in the Indian Air Force. During his tenure, he participated in three wars in 1965, 1969 and 1971, which reveals his unwavering love for the nation. The sad thing was that at the age of 41 he suffered a heart attack, due to which he had to refuse to fly. He was once honored to serve former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi as a private pilot. Lara himself revealed this in an interview to Times of India.
