Jodhpur, October 17 (IANS). National President of ‘All India Bishnoi Mahasabha’ Devendra Bishnoi, while talking to journalists on Thursday, said that Lawrence Bishnoi was and will remain from the Bishnoi community, he is our child. What Lawrence Bishnoi is doing is a court matter.
National President of ‘All India Bishnoi Mahasabha’ Devendra Bishnoi said that what Lawrence Bishnoi is doing now is a matter of the court, but he is a child of Bishnoi society.
He said that Salman Khan is guilty of us and the human society, because Salman Khan has killed a black buck, killing which is a legal offense and our Bishnoi society does not tolerate it at all. Therefore Salman Khan is a definite culprit of Bishnoi community. Bishnoi community has been bearing this pain for the last 24 years.
He said that Salman Khan should apologize to the Bishnoi community, because apologizing to the society does not make a person small. Salman Khan will ultimately have to apologize and if apologizing brings peace and relief, then it will be a great deed for the country and our society.
Devendra Bishnoi said that Bishnoi society has been a society that gives life for the environment and trees as well as for wildlife. It has been a society that protects nature, but that society is being trolled in the media in the name of Bishnoi Gang. I appeal to everyone not to call us Bishnoi Gang, because we have given a lot to the society and environment.
He told that we have 29 rules and all the rules are useful for mankind. Therefore, I appeal that you should know us not as Bishnoi gang but as Bishnoi community.
