When there was no solution, Rishabh Pant decided to stay in the gurudwara of Motibagh. There his mother served in the gurudwara and both mother and son used to eat their stomachs by eating food. Pant used to go from here for practice and he got a fare room as he spent. At the domestic level, he gradually started playing cricket. Due to good performance, he got a place in Team India for the Under-19 World Cup.

At the age when the children need their parents and the whole family, Rishabh left his father and sister and came to fulfill his dreams. Rishabh Pant played a strong game while using the opportunity found in the Under -19 World Cup with both hands. It is from here that he opened the path of IPL for him. In the Test against England being played at this time, Rishabh Pant scored 118 runs in 140 balls in the second innings.
