Lpg price cut: Oil marketing companies have reduced the prices of LPG cylinders by up to Rs 17, giving relief from inflation. After this latest cut in the prices of LPG cylinders, the new prices have come into force from today (May 1, 2025). Let us tell you that companies have cut the prices of 19 kg commercial ELPG cylinders. There has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder used in homes. In such a situation, this decision of companies will not provide any relief to the common people. Restaurant, hotel owners will get relief from this cut in the price of commercial ELPG cylinder.

The prices of commercial LPG cylinders in Delhi have been cut 4 out of 5 this year, while once its prices were increased. On January 1, the 19 kg commercial ELPG cylinder prices were reduced by Rs 14.5, a reduction of Rs 7 on 1 February, an increase of Rs 6 on 1 March, Rs 41 on 1 April. After which it has been cut by Rs 14.50 on 1 May today. After this cut in the price of commercial LPG cylinder, cylinders will become cheap in major cities of the country from today.

New price of commercial LPG cylinder got Rs 1747.50 in Delhi

After this latest amendment in the prices of commercial LPG cylinders, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder in Delhi has been priced at Rs 1747.50, Rs 1851.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1699 in Mumbai and Rs 1906 in Chennai. Let us tell you that the 19 kg LPG cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 17 in Kolkata. Talking about the 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder, the price of non-Sabsidized cylinder in Delhi is Rs 853, Kolkata Rs 879, Mumbai Rs 852.50 and Chennai is Rs 868.50.
