The iPhone made in India has seen tremendous demand worldwide. According to the report, in the first half of the year, the company has created and exported record iPhones in India. Apple started production of iPhone in India in 2017. The company earlier started production of only iPhone SE in India. Now the company has started production of all its iPhone models in India.

53% growth

According to the report revealed, the Mass production of the iPhone 17, the series to be launched in September will also be in India. According to Canaly’s report, between January and June, the product of iPhone has seen an increase of 53%. This growth has been seen in the production of iPhone in India due to the ongoing tariff war between the US and China. After April, the iPhones sold in the US have been imported from India itself, which has been seen on the production of iPhone.

In the first half of 2025, Apple has exported iPhone worth about $ 22.56 i.e. about 1.2 million rupees. Last year, Apple exported iPhone worth $ 14.71, or about Rs 1.26 lakh crore during this period. Canalys estimate that iPhone is produced up to 30 million units in the first half of this year. At the end of the year, its production can reach beyond 42 million units. Last year, the production of iPhone in India reached 42 million units.

Apple is going to start the mass production of iPhone 17 together in India and China this year. Trial production for the iPhone 17 series has started recently. The company will soon start its mass production. The new iPhone 17 series will be launched in September this year. The production of this series will be started with China due to the demand for iPhone made in India in the US market.
