Mahima Gosain Express derailed in Sambalpur
Sambalpur-Shalimar-Ambalpur Mahima Gosain Express derailed near Sambalpur in Odisha on Thursday morning. Police and railway officials have reached the spot and efforts are on to assess the situation and ensure the safety of the passengers. Please tell that this incident happened at around 9:15 am when the train was moving towards the station at a very slow pace. The train was coming from Bhubaneswar to Sambalpur. On reaching Sambalpur City Station, the back trolley part of the General Bogi suddenly derailed. There is no notice of a passenger being injured or any kind of damage in this incident. All passengers aboard the train are safe. It is a matter of relief that the speed of the train was very low at the time of the incident, which averted a major accident. A statement issued by the East Coast Railway said, “The back trolley, a back trolley of General Bogi, adjacent to the guard van of 20831 Shalimar-Ambalpur Express, derailed near Sambalpur City Station. There was no casualties. The train has been sent to Sambalpur station.”
Goods train derailed in Mumbai
Recently, a freight train derailed near Mansi Hill in Bhorghat on the Mumbai-Pune rail route, although no one was reported injured in the incident. A spokesperson of Central Railway (CR) gave this information. He said that traffic has been affected on the route and two trains going to Pune have been stopped. Swapnil Neil, Chief Public Relations Officer of Central Railway, said that the ‘break van’ (guard box) of the goods train derailed at around 2 pm near Monkey Hill Halt Station in the hill Bhorghat railway section. He told ‘PTI-Bhasha’ that “no one has been reported injured in this incident”.
Freight train derailed in Jharkhand
In the Sahibganj district of Jharkhand, many coaches of stone -laden goods train derailed in a railway yard in the past. A railway official gave this information. The official said that there is no notice of any casualty in the incident. The incident took place in the Badharwa railway yard under Eastern Railway in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand. “Some coaches of the goods train were overturned by Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) Kaushik Mitra, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO).
