Method of making spinach bhajia

First step: First of all wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Cut the onion thin and long. Add gram flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, celery and salt and mix well in a large pot.

Second step: Now add chopped spinach and onion to this mixture. Gently prepare a thick solution by adding water. Keep in mind that the solution is not too thin, otherwise Bhajia will not become crispy. The solution should be such that spinach and onion cling well.

Third step: Now, heat oil in a pan. The oil should be medium hot. When the oil is hot, then put the solution in the oil in the small part with the help of hand or a spoon. Add as much bhajia at a time as you can easily come in the pan. Fry Bhajia on medium flame till they turn golden and crisp on both sides.
