Moong dal pakoras

For your information, let us know that to make moong dal pakoras, you will require a cup of washed moong dal, a fine chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chillies, a piece of grated ginger, 2 spoon chopped green coriander, a small spoon cumin, 1/4 small spoon asafoetida, 1/4 small spoon turmeric, salt and oil will be needed.
First step- Wash moong dal and soak it in water for about 2 hours. If you have a short time, you can also leave moong dal in warm water for one hour.
Second step- To make moong dal crispy pakoras, take out the lentils from the water and put it in the mixer and then coarse it and grind it.
Third step- Take out finely chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger, finely chopped coriander, salt, cumin, turmeric powder and asafoetida with ground lentils ground in a bowl.
Fourth step- You have to mix all these things well. Now place a pan on the medium flame and then add oil to it and heat it.
Fifth step- Make small dumplings from the mixture and then put it one by one in the hot oil pan. You have to fry the dumplings until golden.
Sixth step- Remove the napkin in a plate and then keep these dumplings on top of the napkin.
