First step- To make it, buy a thin gourd and bring the gourd and cut it into a round-round piece of large size. Now add turmeric, Kashmiri red chili and some salt on the chopped gourd. Add a little mustard oil and chip the spices well on the gourd.
Second step- Take a pan and add some oil to it. Now keep the round chopped gourd pieces one by one. Now fry it on medium flame. Now turn off the gas and add 1 bowl swing curd to this pan.
Third step- Add 1 teaspoon of oil in the second pan and add cumin, mustard, 2-3 whole red chili, curry leaves and fry it. Now add 1 finely chopped onion and fry it lightly. Add a little Kashmiri red chili powder to the onion and cook for a while.
Fourth step- Now put this tempering over the curd. Mix all the things well. And ready is very tasty yogurt ghee, curd gourd vegetable. If you taste it once, then you will make it everyday and eat it.
