Puran poly recipe

First step- Take about 1 cup of gram dal to make Puran Poli. Wash the lentils thoroughly and then put a little turmeric and 1 pinch of salt in the cooker and boil it with 4-5 whistles. Now remove all the water of the lentils and keep the lentils to cool down.

Second step- As long as the lentils are getting cold, prepare the flour of Puran Poli. Take 1 cup of flour for this. Add a little turmeric and 1-2 teaspoons of desi ghee to the dough. Now knead a soft dough from the water that has come out of lentils or normal water. Keep the dough to set.

Third step- Now take a pan, add 2 teaspoons of desi ghee to it. Mash the lentils and when it mashes well, add jaggery or sugar to it. Now fry the put for a while. You can put a little ground cardamom and fennel in the lentils for taste.

Fourth step- Allow the stuffing to cool down. Now break the dough with the dough and make it lighter. Fill the stuffing of chandal in it and roll it like a paratha. Now bake Puran Poli well by applying desi ghee. Eat hot garam puran poli with milk, curd, amars or pickle.
