How to make Makhana Licking?
To make Makhana chaat for two people, you have to make 2 cups of makhana, a fine chopped onion, a fine chopped tomato, a fine chopped green chilli, 2 big spoon finely chopped green coriander, 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, 2 big spoon roasted gram or Sev of Besan, a small spoon -lemon juice, a small spoon -blass, a small spoon spoon spoon 1/4 small spoon will need red chili powder and a small spoon ghee or oil.
First step- Put a small spoon oil or ghee in the pan and heat it. Now put the makhana in this pan and then fry them well till it becomes crispy on low flame.
Second step- When the Makhana gets cold, take them out in a bowl and then add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander along with the makhana.
Third step- After roasting the peanuts, you also have to mix the roasted peanuts in this mixture.
Fourth step- To increase the test of Makhana Chaat, you have to mix lemon juice, chaat masala, black salt and red chili powder in it.
Fifth step- You can keep the quantity of spices less or more according to your test. Finally, mix all the things well once.
Makhana Chaat is ready to serve. If you want, you can use gram flour or roasted gram for garnishing of Makhana Chaat. You can serve this dish with tea.
