Ragda chaat
If you want to eat some spicy and taste -rich recipe in the morning, then you must try rubbing chaat once. This recipe is very easy to make. Also, this spicy handle -style recipes from children to the elderly are very much liked. So you know how to make rubbing?
Ingredients to make Ragda Chaat:
White peas – 1 cup, water – 2 cups, chopped potatoes – 1, salt – 1 teaspoon, oil – 1 tbsp, cumin – 1 teaspoon, asafetida – 1 pinch, chopped green chili – 2, finely chopped onion – 1, ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, finely chopped tomat Spoon, red chili powder – 1 tsp, cumin powder – 1 tsp, garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon, finely chopped coriander
Ingredients for Chaat Mixter:
Green Dania Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Potato Chips or Papdi, Finely chopped onion, Curd, Chaat Masala, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Lemon Juice, Save, Finely chopped Green Coriander
Recipe for Ragda:

First step: First, wash the peas thoroughly and soak them for 6-8 hours. The next day, add wet peas, chopped potatoes, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pressure cooker and cook on medium flame till the peas are soft. After that, turn off the gas.

Second step: Now, add 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida. When cumin seeds start crackling, add green chillies and onions. Fry the onion until golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add tomatoes and cook them until they become soft. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix the spices well. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes until the oil starts separating.

Third step: Now, pour the boiled peas in the spices and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let the rubage cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that all the spices are mixed well. Finally, add garam masala and finely chopped green coriander and turn off the gas. Your rub is ready.

Fourth step: Now put 2-3 tablespoons of rubbing in a plate. Put green coriander chutney and tamarind sauce on top of it. Now add curd and then sprinkle finely chopped onion and salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala. You can also break potato chips or papdi over it. Finally, squeeze lemon juice by adding sev and finely chopped coriander. Your delicious Ragda Chaat is ready to serve
