Today we will tell you about how to make lemon-pepper pickle in Bundelkhandi style. Follow this recipe and make lemon chili pickle and impress everyone from children to elders.
First step- To make pickle, you will need juicy lemon and long green chillies. While buying lemon, keep in mind that the outer layer of lemon should be soft.
Second step- First of all you have to wash lemon and green chillies thoroughly. Now grind 4 lemon and cut the chili into two pieces.
Third step- Now you have to mix salt with lemon and chili. Keep them to dry for a day.
Fourth step- When salt water dries up, then you understand that this mixture has dried well.
Fifth step- To make 1 kg pickle, take 2 spoon mustard seeds, one spoon fennel, one spoon fenugreek, one spoon celery, one spoon cumin and 2 spoon coriander powder.
Sixth step- You have to fry all these things well in the pan. Now you can use mixer or silbatta to grind these roasted things.
Seventh step- Add one spoon red chili powder, one spoon turmeric powder, 2 spoon salt and half spoon asafetida powder to this mixture.
Eighth step- You have to mix this spice with lemon-pepper. Finally, add mustard crude oil to this mixture.
Your lemon-chilli pickle is ready. You can enjoy this pickle test with anything of food.
