To make Vada Pav, you will give you two potatoes, one cup gram flour, 4 pav, two spoon oil, one spoon mustard seeds, two spoon fennel, one-fourth spoon asafetida, one onion, two spoon green chilli-gags paste, two spud red chilli powder, two spoon green coriander, two spoon green coriander, two spoon lemon juice, 8 lemon lemon juice, 8 garlic, tall chilli, 5 shri sap, 5 shoe chili, Two spoon white sesame, one cup grated coconut, half spoon red chili powder, half spoon tamarind, one-fourth cup soda and 4 green chillies will be required.

First step- Heat oil in a pan and fry asafetida, mustard seeds and fennel. Now add onion and green chili-garlic paste in this pan and fry for a while.

Second step- After this, add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and green coriander. Now add lemon juice to it.

Third step- As soon as the fragrance of the spices comes, turn off the gas. After this, heat the oil in another pan and add garlic, whole red chili, white sesame and grated coconut.

Fourth step- Add roasted peanuts, salt and red chili powder to it and mix all the things. After this, mix tamarind and prepare a paste of everything.

Fifth step- Now take out gram flour, soda, salt and red chili powder in a bowl and prepare a solution. Along with this, make small balls of boiled potatoes.

Sixth step- Now you have to deep fry by immersing potato balls in a solution. When the potato balls turn golden brown, then you can remove them from the oil.

Seventh step- Fry a little green chili in this oil as well. Now cut the vada pow from the middle and apply green chutney and spices paste in it and keep the potato pakoras in the middle.
