To make stuffed chili pakoras, you have 8 thick green chillies, a cup gram flour, 2 big spoon rice flour, one spoon ginger-garlic paste, half-spoon red chili powder, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder, a spoon coriander powder, half spoon garam masala, half spoon shame garam masala, half-spoon amchur powder, 1/4 spoon pudding, 2 big, 2 big The spoon finely chopped green coriander, oil, water, 2 medium sized bold-washed potatoes, 1/4 cup of grated cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
First step- To make stuffed chili pakoras, first wash the green chillies and make an incision among everyone. Now remove the seeds inside the chili.
Second step- Now take out mashed potatoes, cheese, onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, mangoor, asafetida, celery, salt and coriander in a bowl.
Third step- You have to mix all these things well. Now fill this mixture well in chillies.
Fourth step- After this, take out gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl. Now prepare a thick solution by adding some water in this bowl.
Fifth step- Heat the oil on the medium flame in the pan. Dip the filled chilies in the solution and carefully put it in the oil one by one.
Sixth step- You have to fly the stuffed chili dumplings till they turn golden brown. Now you can remove these dumplings in a napkin.
You can serve crispy stuffed chili pakoras with hot tea. Believe that the taste of this dish will look better in the rainy season.
