  • Fourth step: When its consistency starts getting thick, then you should add cardamom powder and some dry fruits to it. This step is optional. You can use them for good taste.

  • Fifth step: When the cream consistance becomes very thick, turn off the gas and remove the mixture in a plate and let it cool for a while. When it becomes cold, cut it into the shape of barfi with the help of a knife.
