First of all heat a pan and add butter in it and now add chopped garlic in it and fry. Then add onion and capsicum and fry, after which add corn and mix well. After this add chilli flakes and oregano and now mash the cheese and potatoes and add it to the mixture and now after this add mozzarella cheese and mix and cook the mixture well after which now take 4 rotis and apply your favorite sauce or mint chutney on them.
