- Bread Slice = 4
- Eggs boiled = 2
- Chop onion = 3 tbsp
- Green chilli = 2 finely chopped
- Chilli flakes = 1 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Cumin powder = ½ tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste = 1 tsp
- Green Coriander = 3 tbsp
- Corn flour = 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs = ½ cup
- Oil = for frying snacks
Method – How to Make Egg Bread Snacks
To make this fun snack, put the bread in a bowl. Now pour half a cup of water over it, then place the bread on your hand and press with the help of the other hand, take out all the water from the bread and keep it in another bowl.
Now grate the egg over it and add chopped onion, green chilli, chilli flakes, salt as per taste, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander and corn flour and mix everything well.
Apply a little oil on your hands, take a little of this mixture, make small balls of it and coat it well in bread crumbs.
Similarly, make all the balls and coat them in bread crumbs. If you want, at this stage you can store it in the fridge for 2 to 3 days and whenever you feel like, take it out, fry it and eat it.
Put oil in the pan and keep it for heating. When the oil becomes medium hot, put the bowls in the oil one by one. Let them cook like this for a while. When they get cooked a little from the bottom, turn them.
Turn and fry from all sides until golden brown. When they are cooked well from all sides, take them out in a plate lined with tissue paper.
