Women DGP Idashisha Nongrang said that Sonam Raghuvanshi had allegedly rented the killers to kill her husband Raja Raghuvanshi in the Wei Savdong area of Meghalaya. The husband has been murdered by the wife by giving betel nut.
4 people arrested including Sonam
Talking to the media, he said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) officials arrested 3 accused from Indore in Madhya Pradesh on Monday morning. He said that the SIT of Meghalaya Police has arrested Sonam Raghuvanshi from Uttar Pradesh and three accused from Indore. A total of 4 people have been arrested in this case.

The arrested accused have also named some other people. He revealed that the deceased’s wife hired him to kill him. Sonam had told these betel nut killer how to kill King Raghuvanshi.
Sonam arrested 17 days after disappearance
The Meghalaya Police also revealed that the killers are from Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Sonam Raghuvanshi has been arrested from Ghazipur in UP 17 days after the disappearance. Three attackers were arrested from Madhya Pradesh. The fourth is still absconding.
