Luxury in india Car Mercedes Benz will be expensive. The company has announced that it will increase the price of its vehicles by one to one and a half percent from September. Earlier in January and July, the company also increased the price of its vehicles. That is, this year will be the third increase. The company has told the reason for increasing the price, the rupee is weak against the euro.

The company’s managing director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Santosh Iyer said that in September, the price is going to increase another price due to the euro. If you look, the Euro has been built at a level of Rs 100 in the last one month, and there has been no change in it. Therefore, we have to increase prices in September as well. He said that the company will increase vehicle prices by one to one and a half percent. Asked whether the increase in prices could affect sales, Iyer said that due to the decrease in interest rates, there will be not much impact on EMI for buyers.

Demand for luxury cars increased in India

He said that about 80 percent of the company’s new cars are sold through ‘finance’. Iyer said, so when you look at EMI, we have tried to keep it the same, although the price of the car has increased. This has helped us to reduce the effect of price growth to a great extent. He said that there is still demand in the market, and people would like to buy luxury cars as the economy grows. He said that buyers understand that in view of the fluctuations in the currency, prices are out of the company’s control.

Rare Earth Metals are not affected

Asked whether the company is facing production problems due to the important mineral magnets, Iyer said that if you look at the supply chain, we are not yet affected by any of these things as far as we are concerned, because we are managing it well. We also have enough stock, so we are able to deal with this situation.
