New Delhi: Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has given important information about the decisions taken in the cabinet meeting. He told in the press conference that the Modi government will conduct caste census across the country. Apart from this, many decisions have also been taken in the interests of farmers and an important decision has also been taken regarding the highway.

Ashwini Vaishnav said that the Modi government will conduct caste census across the country. Castes will be counted along with the census. He surrounded the Congress over caste census. He said that the caste census was used by the Congress for its benefit.
The last caste census took place in 1931. After 94 years, caste census will take place across the country. For the first time in independent India, the central government will conduct caste census.
166.8 km long 4 lane highway approved
Ashwini Vaishnav said that the Silver Corridor has been approved from Shillong. The total cost of which will be Rs 22,864 crore. The 166.8 km long 4 lane highway has been approved. The new highway from Meghalaya to Assam has been approved.
Sugarcane FRP extended
Ashwini Vaishnav said that sugarcane farmers have been given great relief. Sugarcane FRP has been extended. Giving relief to farmers for 2025-26 sugarcane session, a minimum support price (MSP) of Rs 355 per quintal (MSP) has also been approved.

The super cabinet meeting was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of PM Modi, in which some top ministers of the Union Cabinet were present. The Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs is called the ‘Super Cabinet’ and it consists of the total top ministers of the Union Cabinet.
The president of the super cabinet is PM Modi. Apart from this, this cabinet also includes Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal.
