Indian fast bowler Mohammad Siraj has expressed deep grief and anger over the horrific terrorist attack at Besaran Maidan in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. At least 27 people died and more than 20 were injured in this attack on April 22. It is being described as one of the most bloody incidents after the 2019 Pulwama attack.,

After this attack, the Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and government agencies have made strict security arrangements in the area and a comprehensive campaign is being carried out to search for the attackers. Mohammad Siraj wrote an emotional post on Instagram on this painful incident. He said, “Read about the horrific and shocking terrorist attack in Pahalgam. It is pure evil to target and kill innocent citizens in the name of religion … Any reason, any belief, any ideology can not be right for such a disgusting act. What kind of fight can this be a fight where there is no value of human life. Give it, we are very sad for your loss and the culprits will be punished without any mercy. “
