History of Muharram: Muharram is the first month of the Islamic Calendar (Hijri year). It is one of the four sacred months of Islam. Although it is the month of the beginning of Islamic New Year, Muharram is considered to be a month of mourning and mourning. Fasting (fasting): People of Sunni Muslim community fast on the 9th and 10th of Muharram. It is considered to be the Sunnah (tradition) of Allah’s Rasul Hazrat Muhammad (Sall.).
Ibadat and Donation: In this month, the people of the Muslim community emphasize the worship of Allah and perform charity work.
