Moringa Laddu Recipe
Moringa called drumstick is an effective medicine. Moringa has a store of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Do include Moringa in the diet in any form daily. Consumption of Moringa reduces inflammation in the body, helps in weight loss, low blood sugar, bones are strong and heart health improves. If you want to eat Moringa, then you can also use laddus and use it. Moringa laddus looks very tasty to eat and it is also easy to make. You can prepare Moring Laddus with this recipe.
Moringa Laddu Recipe
First step- Take 1 cup of Moringa Powder to make Moringa Laddu. You can take half a cup of gram flour or also use flour instead of gram flour. Take half a cup of ghee and 1 cup dates. Now finely chop the dry fruits of your choice like cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins and walnuts. Use ground cardamom to enhance taste.
Second step- To make laddus, put desi ghee in a pan and fry what you have taken gram flour or flour in it. Now add moringa powder to gram flour or flour and fry it on low flame for 5 minutes.
Third step- Now take out this entire mixture in a pail and let it cool. Now grind the dates lightly and mix it. You can also grind a little jaggery in it and mix it by making a paste. Now add all dry fruits and cardamom powder and prepare a mixture of laddus.
Fourth step- Apply light ghee on your hands and make medium size laddus according to your mixture. You can easily eat Moringa Laddu for 15 days. These laddus are more beneficial than what they look delicious to eat. These laddus can also be fed to children. This will help in strengthening the body.
