Most of the women in India want husband like Shivji, why not like Krishna?
Most of the women in India want a husband like Shiva, but very few women like Shri Krishna or Ram would have very few women. This can be just an estimate but if the survey is done, it is more likely that women will want a husband like Shiva. Many reasons account for this. Let’s know his reasons.
1. Most women in India are Shiva devotion: Most of the women in India worship Lord Shankar and believe them. She also observes the fast of Shiva and Parvati ji with the wish of a good husband. All the fasts related to the happiness of married life or the attainment of good groom are all associated with Shiva and Parvati ji. It is popular that if there is a son, then you are like Shri Ram, if you are a lover, then like Shri Krishna and if you are a husband, then like Lord Shiva. Songs of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati are sung in Manglik programs of marriage. Mata Parvati fasts are only for the wish of a good husband. On Mahashivaratri, Shiva is signed. Shivji’s procession is portrayed all sides. This is one of the biggest reasons behind this.
2. The difference between the love of Shiva, Shri Krishna and Rama: Lord Shiva is a wife. He married Sati, the daughter of King Daksha. Apart from Mata Sati, he never allowed any other woman to enter his heart. Shri Krishna’s love is divided among many women. Shri Ram is a wife, but for him, he has more duty than his wife, while Shiva is loved only and only for Mata Sati or Parvati. His vision does not go towards any other woman. The epics states that there are no other deities who take care of their wife more than Lord Shiva. His wife also loves him equally.
2. Respect and dedication to wife: Shivji never did any kind of discord with his wife. Shivji never imposed his views on Mata Sati or Parvatiji. When mother Sati insisted on going to her father King Daksha, Shiva surrendered to his stubbornness. She does what she feels right to mother Parvati. She also opposes husband Shiva many times but Lord Shiva respects her opinion. They treat their wife with love and respect and never get angry. When a woman loves someone, she brings her everything. In such a situation, every woman wants whom I am handing over my body and mind, they should also have a support for me or understand my feelings. That is why women want a husband like Shiva because Shivji fully respects his wife’s spirit.
3. Shiva is not a king, Shiva is Shiva: Every woman wants her husband to be of religious nature and character. There is upside down in the world- people become a householder to monks but Shivji is the only husband who has become a monk to householder. That too only because of the dedication and tenacity of a woman. Shiva does not live like a king. They live like a monk. The rest of the gods live like a king.
4. Birth Birth Relations: When mother Sati, saddened by the insult of her husband Shivji, jumped into the fire of King Daksha’s sacrifice and ended her body, then it is difficult to imagine the sorrow and anger to Shiva. Shivji kept wandering with her dead body in the disconnection of Mata Parvati. Although he knew that the body is mortal, he was so sad that his sadness was not seen from any goddess or deity. Then Srihari Vishnu cut the mother’s body 108 with his cycle. Then Shiva’s sleep was dissolved and then he became absorbed in penance forever. He never married another after Sati left.
After sacrificing the body of Mother Sati, she was born in the second birth as Parvati at King Himavan. Mother Sati meditated to get Shiva again as Parvati. On the request of all the gods, Kamadeva dissolved the tomb of Shiva and in the end when Shiva was convinced that Parvati is Sati, he married his mother. That is, Shiva wanted Mother Sati till birth. Mata Parvati meditated to get Shiva and she was also fully supported by Shiva.
6. Friend and Guru: Shivji is a friend of his wife and Guru as well. By solving many questions of Mata Parvati, Shivji gave him knowledge of salvation and supported Mata Parvati in getting out of the cycle of birth and death. In the cave of Amarnath, he gave ‘Brahma Gyan’ to Mother. On the other hand, Shiva and Mata Parvati are seen playing a friend and sometimes playing the clever and sometimes they give a boon to the devotees. In most of the Puranas and stories of fasts, Shiva tells the story to Parvati. Then whether it is the story of Shri Ram or Shri Krishna ji.
7. Equal status: Lord Shiva gives equal status to his wife. He made his wife worthy that the world today worships mother Parvati more than Shiva. Rukmini, Sita or Satyabhama do not have as much status as mother Parvati. If there is Shivaratri, then Navratri too. It is only Shiva’s wife who is equal to Shiva. There is power from Shiva and Shiva is with power. Half of Parvati and half of them live as Ardhanarishwar. This is the true partnership of relationships. When Shiva drinks the poison emanating from the sea churning, Mother Parvati goes and stops her poison from getting down from the neck. Parvati has protected Shiva in hundreds of places or destroyed the Asuras, following his orders. When Shiva leaves the family for austerity for austerity, Mata Parvati is safely fulfilled the responsibility of Shiva’s Gan, Sevak and family’s maintenance. Therefore, she is also a self -sufficient woman.
8. Husband is God and wife is Goddess: Mother Parvati is probably the only woman in the world for whom her husband is her God. She worships Shiva, meditates and she presents herself as an ideal wife in front of all women in the world. Every woman is also attracted to a couple like Shiva and Parvati because she also wishes to be a similar husband and a wife like Parvati.
