The mountain of sorrows has broken on TV actress and Bigg Boss fame Manara Chopra. The actress’s father Raman Rai Handa has passed away. He breathed his last at the age of 72. Raman was ill for some time. He is left behind by wife Kamini and daughters Manara and Mithali.
Manara Chopra has informed about his father’s death on his social media handle. Raman will be cremated on 18 June. Raman was a lawyer in Delhi High Court. However, he had been living in Mumbai with his family for some time.
Manara posted on Insta Story, Om Namah: Shivaay. With deep grief and mourning, we inform you that our father’s father has died on 16.06.2025. He was a pillar of the strength and support of our family. His last rites will be performed in Mumbai on 18 June.

Manara’s mother Kamini is Priyanka’s aunt. According to the report, Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra may also attend the funeral.
